Thanks to this fine government holiday I had off today. I was able to go up to my buddys at SAGE Autosports and get Kris to weld my bracket to the mount for the hand brake. A beautiful weld job if I do say so myself. I also mounted a latch to the trunk so it will stop flying open when I’, sideways.

Oh and last week I picked up my new toy, a 2007 Tomos Moped. Has a 70cc kit, 17-17 carb, intake. Pretty damn fast, its a lot more reliable than the old one. Except I did run out of gas on the way back from Saturday brunch in Norfolk lol.

This should fix all my electrical issues from driftwater. Fresh rebuilt alternator and optima red.

Did some working on the car today, I got the alternator tested and it is the culprit for my power problems. I started to pull my power steering line but my roommate was using my jack so I couldn’t get too far. I did however change the spark plugs on the car for the first time since the owner of the original car had the motor in their infiniti haha..
